The stay provided a charming atmosphere with a beautifully decorated room that featured unique themes and large windows offering great views. Breakfast options were impressive, made with care, which added to the experience. However, the room felt a bit cold despite the heating, and the staff seemed busy during check-in, leading to a less welcoming arrival. Overall, it's a cozy option for those looking to relax.

The garden area was such a serene oasis for relaxation! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had unique themes. However, we did have an incident with the staff that was a bit disappointing. 😞

while this hotel has a charming garden, the service really missed the mark. the shower was tepid at best, which is not what i expect in a hotel. i also noticed that there's no satellite tv—how quaint. honestly, i almost wrote a good review, but i was hoping for a complimentary upgrade that never came.

Our family, including 5 teenagers and 2 kids, enjoyed the lovely garden and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight for everyone, featuring delicious local options. The team's helpfulness made coordinating our adventures around Cusco a breeze, just a quick walk from the Plaza de Armas.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family activities on-site.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location was perfect, and we loved the clean, spacious rooms. We visited the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, which were unforgettable experiences. The breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, we had issues with the hot water in our room, which was a letdown during our visit.

good stay but room for improvement
The garden provided a tranquil spot to unwind after busy days. The staff, especially Kriss at the front desk, delivered exceptional service and went above and beyond to assist us. It was delightful to have a room with a picturesque garden view, enhancing the ambiance of our stay.
The shower temperature fluctuated during our visit.

Great stay with friends! The staff was super helpful, arranging our early taxi to Machu Picchu and providing cozy rooms. The breakfasts were tasty, and we loved the warm atmosphere in the San Blas area. Perfect for a group getaway with good restaurants around!
One downside was the wifi. it was only available in common areas and slow, which made it tough to plan some last-minute activities.

I had a wonderful stay as a couple for 2 nights in a Twin Room! Our room was beautifully decorated with vibrant bedspreads and had large windows offering an amazing view of the gardens and the city. The breakfast was a delightful continental buffet with everything from cereal to pancakes and great coffee. The location in the bohemian San Blas area made it easy to explore local restaurants and shops while providing a quiet respite at night.
The rooms are aging a bit and could use a refresh.
