Room, service. Very difficult to find --even for taxi driver. Way uphill! Initially refused a heater for a very cold room --unless I wanted to pay $5 additional. Initial room the first night (#4) was awful --very tiny, run down, no view, no hot water, noisy

Very beautiful place with trees and gardens. Confortable and decorated room, helpful staff and good breakfast.
It is approximately 4 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, but the walking uphill is very difficult because of the altitude. Luckly the taxis are very cheap!

Location so close to two really great Peruvian restaurants nearby and main sites of Cusco and local taxi. The staff were consistently courteous and exceptionally nice and the design was nice. Luxury and new-fashioned rooms, awesome views of distant hills.

Lovely quiet hotel with a garden and comfortable abience. I liked teh San Blas location and the fact that the garden had a nice downhill city view. Rooms were clean, large and bright and they bring a heater if you ask (good for the cold Cuzco nights!). Staff were nice on tthe whole, breakfast was good, there was pleny of hot water and I would certainly stay again.
The wifi connection was terrible - a real let down for a 3 sar hotel. Also I loved the San Blas location and the city views but it does mean an uphill climb of 10 minutes or so to walk from the city centre, so that may be a problem for some.
